How It Works

From inventory to dignified distribution.

  1. Step 01

    Log

Food inventory and supply inputs are recorded and organized into the system — quantities, categories, and condition. Every item is accounted for before distribution begins.

  2. Step 02

    Profile

Recipient needs, household size, dietary restrictions, and visit history are captured and carried forward responsibly. Each return visit builds on the last — so no one starts over.

  3. Step 03

    Analyze

FairFlow™ evaluates current supply against demand signals, fairness thresholds, and recipient eligibility. Recommended allocation guidance is prepared before the line forms.

  4. Step 04

    Guide

Organizers see a live dashboard of the drive in motion — who is queued, what has been distributed, and where adjustments are needed. Decisions are informed, not improvised.

  5. Step 05

    Deliver

A more consistent, organized, and equitable process for repeat distribution work. The system learns from each event, helping organizers make the next one clearer.

Each step exists for the same reason: limited resources need a system to be distributed well. Memory and goodwill aren't enough on their own — they need a backbone that helps organizers keep fairness visible across volunteers, days, and visits.

DigniFeed sits inside the Education Angel Group ecosystem as a standalone food-drive operations project. Related EAG work like Snacks After Class and Aspiring Innovators has a different product role; the shared throughline is making support systems behave more consistently for the people who actually depend on them.
